Perfectly Simple Cuffed Hat Knitting Pattern
Before I began designing my own patterns, I spent a lot of time on the search for perfectly simple, almost minimalistic knitting projects that really emphasize the beauty of the yarn and stitches. My love of unique yarns in simple stockinette stitch was the inspiration for this Perfectly Simple Cuffed Hat!
This pattern is extremely easy and is fast to make. Even beginner knitters will find this pattern simple and straightforward. Knit in the round, there are no seams to sew and the crown decreases are easy to follow.
The yarn that I used for this hat was an experimental yarn that I dyed by hand when I was experimenting with greens. 400 yarns of any sport weight yarn will work perfectly for this pattern, just be sure to check your gauge before you begin. You could get creative and do different colors for the cuff, pompom, etc. The possibilities are endless!
Below, I have linked an emerald colored yarn and a white yarn. I have also linked the exact pom-pom maker that I used.
Let me know if you make this pattern and what you think, I would love to see pictures of your projects! Please also let me know if you have any questions, I am always here to help.
With Love, Kaitlin
