Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States.

Orders to Canada and Mexico will be charged a flat rate $15 shipping fee. Worldwide orders will be charged a flat rate $25 shipping fee.

Orders are shipped via USPS or your local courier. Please be aware, depending on your country policies, additional fees such as: customs, duties, taxes (including GST/HST/VAT), etc. may apply.

 

Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships from our warehouse.

 

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account if you created one at checkout.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at hello@originallylovely.com and we will be happy to assist and investigate this further.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carrier delays and issues do occasionally happen and are out of our control. We find that sometimes carriers may scan a package as ‘delivered‘ when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the package within the next few business days.

After 4 business days, if you order is still showing up as ‘delivered‘ but you have still not received your order, please contact us at hello@originallylovely.com for assistance.

Please note, Originally Lovely is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your package was mis-delivered or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
