Lush Fleece Turtleneck

Transitioning into winter can be a time of unpredictable weather and finding clothes that are both cute and comfortable is sometimes a challenge. This turtleneck was inspired by a similar sweatshirt I borrowed from my mom that I found to be extremely cozy and practical in my cold weather wardrobe.

When designing this one, I chose to use thinner, lush fleece instead of regular fleece for the drape and stretch. I used fabric I found at Joann Fabrics. The grey is the same style that I used and the ivory is another option that I think looks pretty.

When ordering or buying this fabric, I would purchase two yards to keep it safe. Be warned that this fabric is very slick and wants to move while you are working with it so use lots of pins!
